William L. Rowland, M.D.

Dr. Rowland was born in Miami Florida in 1964, moved to Melbourne Florida in 1970.

Dr. Rowland went to undergraduate and Medical school at University of Florida, and then did a three year residency training in Family Practice at Tallahassee Regional Medical Center. This was followed by a year Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Adult Fitness training at Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia. After completing Fellowship in 1994, he moved to South Florida and began practicing in Fort Lauderdale out of Imperial Point Medical Center, then after four years moved his family and practice to Boca Raton.

Dr. Rowland has worked with High School, College, and Professional athletic programs including four years with Florida Marlins baseball team and even has a 1997 World Series ring.

After formal training in residency and fellowship with included dermatological rotations, additional training in Dermatology was obtained by focused continuing medical education and by volunteering and shadowing local dermatologists on a weekly basis for many months. Additionally, Dr. Rowland is member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging, and has completed significant medical training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement and Anti-aging Medicine.

Dr. Rowland is married with four children.  And, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, running, golfing, and spearfishing with his boys.


About Michelle Feffer

Michelle is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University. She holds an ANCC board certification in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Medicine.

Michelle initially graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2010. From there she spent a year working with an amazing dermatology group in Tallahassee, which ignited her passion for nursing. She received an Accelerated Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University and began working as a Registered Nurse in Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Emergency Department in July 2012. She continued to work full time while obtaining her Master’s of Science degree in Adult and Geriatric Advanced Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University.

Michelle has been working as a primary care provider in Boca Raton and Delray Beach since August 2017. She worked mainly in sub-acute rehabilitation and nursing facilities, as well as in an acute tertiary care hospital. Her main focus has been on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.

When not practicing medicine, Michelle enjoys traveling and baking. She also loves to sing and spend time with her friends and family—especially her nieces and nephew.


 

About Dr. Cooperstein

Dr. Cooperstein comes to us from the Philadelphia area where he ran his own Family Medical Practice for many years. Since his move to Florida, he has spent the past two years as Medical Director at a local Urgent Care before returning to his “calling” in Family Practice.

After attending Penn State University, Dr. Cooperstein attended the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences and following residency became Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has also served as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Medical Review Officer for local industry, and is certified by the National Registry of Medical Examiners to conduct CDL physicals. Dr. Cooperstein has also been a national speaker for the pharmaceutical industry.

Holding a special passion for education, Dr. Cooperstein was recognized for his teaching and was awarded “Preceptor of the Year” for the Drexel Hahnemann University Physician Assistant program where he was an Adjunct Professor. He regularly mentored students in his medical practice.

In his free time, Dr. Cooperstein enjoys travelling with his wife, visiting his twin daughters, hiking with his rescue pup, Ruby, reading, collecting WWII memorabilia, and enjoying all that his new home in Florida has to offer.


About Daniela 

Daniela was born in Santiago, Chile and immigrated to Long Island, New York in 1998. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in Nursing from Long Island University. Daniela began her career as a Triage nurse in the Emergency Department at the New York Hospital of Queens where she worked for 10 years. In 2015, she accepted a position as Assistant Nurse Manager for the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Daniela has had the opportunity to work in internal Medicine, Allergy/Immunology and Family Care. Before moving to Florida, Daniela was a Primary Care Provider for Northwell Health Physician Partners for 3 years. Her passion for Health Care has allowed her to continuously treat her patients with empathy and kindness.

Daniela and her family love to spend time at the beach. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys reading, walking, and volunteering. In New York, she volunteered as an EMT for her local Fire Department and she also helped at her local church by serving as a teacher in the children’s ministry. In Florida, she is a Girl Scout Leader for her local troop and is serving at a local church. Daniela is excited to start her new life in Florida with her family and cannot wait to establish relationships with her new patients and colleagues.


About Jared Levine, APRN

Jared is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and is board certified in family medicine by AANP. He has over 17 years of healthcare experience in various professional roles.

Jared graduated with his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Bethune-Cookman University in 2014. From there he went on to work in the emergency room where he spent the next 7 years.

Jared has been working in internal medicine and urgent care settings as a Nurse Practitioner since 2021. He is passionate about modern medicine and disease prevention.

In his free time, Jared enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading, kayaking, and traveling. One of his goals is to visit the 7 wonders of the world.
