I’m very frustrated with my experience. I was referred to a podiatrist who does not accept my HMO insurance, even though the office should have verified this first. Now I have to wait until Monday for a new referral while dealing with a broken pinky toe. This mistake caused an unnecessary delay in my care, and I hope the referral process is handled more carefully in the future.

I'm very grateful to have someone like Michelle for my visits. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and understanding. She does her homework looking through all the notes, listens to patients' when they talk without rushing them, takes all concerns into consideration, and follows up with suggestions and solutions to try. You can tell she cares about keeping her patients healthy, and not like some others who rush to make their assessment within the allotted 10-15 min time, so they can move onto the next patient or end their shifts.

I was initially a bit intimidated by how crowded the waiting room was and expected a long wait, but as a new patient I was actually seen pretty quickly. Mrs. Feffer was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions and made me feel comfortable enough to openly share my concerns. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. Even the nurse who drew my blood was wonderful—very friendly and gentle after I mentioned that I bruise easily. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her. I’ll be returning for future visits.

The providers at this practice are great and the office is good a getting you in for annual or semi annual visits just don’t ask for an appointment outside the norm. I had a lingering cough that was concerning and was told I could not get in for over a month. They told me to go to an urgent care!! Not happy.

I appreciate the call to confirm my scheduled appointments and to inquire if I needed any refills on my medication . Also appreciate just checking on my wellness..
