We just moved recently and I was very concerned about finding a doctor I can trust and felt comfortable with and Austin really makes you feel how much he cares. So happy to have found him!

I'm very grateful to have someone like Michelle for my visits. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and understanding. She does her homework looking through all the notes, listens to patients' when they talk without rushing them, takes all concerns into consideration, and follows up with suggestions and solutions to try. You can tell she cares about keeping her patients healthy, and not like some others who rush to make their assessment within the allotted 10-15 min time, so they can move onto the next patient or end their shifts.

Excellent NP - she gave me 40 minutes for my first appointment, took a thorough history, completed a thorough exam, and was kind and professional. Erin at the front desk was great, as was Jenna in the lab. The only bad thing was parking is horrendous due to construction, but that certainly doesn’t reflect on the care given once inside the office.

Woke up with a terrible cold and decided instead of a walk-in clinic I’d call my doctor… got in the same day and PA Austin took care of me. I was initially a bit intimidated by how crowded the waiting room was and expected a long wait, but as a new patient I was actually seen pretty quickly. Mrs. Feffer was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions and made me feel comfortable enough to openly share my concerns. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. Even the nurse who drew my blood was wonderful—very friendly and gentle after I mentioned that I bruise easily. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her. I’ll be returning for future visits.

The providers at this practice are great and the office is good a getting you in for annual or semi annual visits just don’t ask for an appointment outside the norm. I had a lingering cough that was concerning and was told I could not get in for over a month. They told me to go to an urgent care!! Not happy.

Austin greeted my husband and me with his usual warm friendliness. He was concerned that my cold still persisted after nearly three weeks and questioned me carefully about my symptoms. He prescribed an antibiotic, blood test, and Xray, and he'll see me to follow up next week. His concern was that I not have pneumonia, and if my symptoms worsened that I go to the hospital.
